Entries are accepted ONLINE ONLY to ensure all players have a current WHS Index.

Please use your CDH number to enter using the link below. The system will allow you to book two tee times if you are a visitor and wish to enter your friends at the same time. If you want to book more than two tee times, please divide them amongst yourselves and enter online.

Payment is due on entry by the person making the booking. Any unpaid entries will be deleted automatically. Reserving tee times by telephone is not permitted. 

Please make sure to enter email address contact details so you receive all pre-event information after sign up closes 7 days in advance.

Bank Holiday Mixed Team Stableford

Format: Mixed four player team: two male + two female. Stableford scoring, two scores to count on each hole.

Entry group: All golfers with WHS Index.

Course: Men's Yellow & Women's Red. 

Handicap Index entry restrictions: n/a

Playing Handicap: 85% (4 Player Team Stableford)

Tee times: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm. 

Entry fee: £60 per team. FGC members will receive a £5 credit following the event. 

Prizes: Top 3. Amounts depending on size of field.

Results and prize amounts will be published online and all entrants emailed. Winners will be contacted directly the week after with claim details. Please allow up to 4 days for results due to current COVID scorecard checking regulations that ensures the safety of our volunteers.

2s competition on the day run by the Pro Shop. Please visit the shop before play to enter. Claim prizes in the shop after you have entered your score into the system.

Automatic reserve list is activated, if the start sheet is full you can still enter to be next in line. Reserves will be allocated when sign up closes and contacted should a player withdraw. Any non-playing reserves will be automatically refunded after the event. 

 

Scorecard Regulations: Should COVID rules prevent us from printing cards, players must ensure their marker adds their full name, handicap, competition name and date on the card.

Players must enter their scores after play either via the touchscreen, igMember app or mobile website.

Any scores not entered into the system by 10pm will not count towards the competition results.

Additional Competition Conditions

Players may withdraw themselves via the website and receive a full refund up to the sign up closing time stated. Any withdrawals/no-shows after sign up closes will forfeit any refund to cover administration costs.

After sign up closes 7 days in advance, all entrants will be contacted by email with the FGC Code of Conduct, detailing our current club regulations.

All players must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Any player not following our guidelines will be asked to leave the club and no refund will be given. 

 

Competition is run under the R&A Rules of Golf.

Ties are decided by card play off. No player may win more than one prize on offer. All trophies remain in the club house. 

Caddies are permitted. Fore-caddying is not permitted and player's will be subject to disqualification. 

The Competition Committee reserve the right to refuse entry to any applicant. The decision of the Competition Committee on all points will be final. 

There will not be a presentation after play.
